1. Intellectual property and trademarks
MyLittleBigFarm, the MyLittleBigFarm logo, and the design of the app and this website are ours and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, TestFlight, and Sign in with Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google and Google Sign-In are trademarks of Google LLC. Supabase, PowerSync, RevenueCat, and Open-Meteo are the marks of their respective owners. Their use here identifies the services involved and does not imply endorsement of MyLittleBigFarm by those companies.
2. Copyright complaints
The Service has no public posting, but records and photos are stored with us on your behalf. If you believe material stored through the Service infringes your copyright, email support@mylittlebigfarm.com and include a description of the work, where the material is located, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and confirmation that your information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We will review each notice and act as required by applicable law, including Canada’s Copyright Act.
3. Export compliance and sanctions
The app and Service are subject to Canadian export laws and may be subject to United States export and sanctions laws. You may not download or use the Service where doing so would breach those laws, and the representations in section 11 of the Terms of Service regarding embargoed countries and restricted parties apply to every user.
4. Eligibility and minimum age
The Service is built for adults who manage livestock. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service, consistent with section 10 of the Privacy Policy, and if you use it for an organization you must have authority to act for that organization as section 2 of the Terms of Service describes.
5. Open-source software
The app is built with open-source components, including React Native, Expo, the PowerSync and Supabase client libraries, and the RevenueCat SDK, each used under its own licence. Those licences do not change your rights in your records. A list of the components and their licence notices is available on request via support@mylittlebigfarm.com.
6. Accessibility
We want MyLittleBigFarm to be usable by everyone who keeps animals, including people who rely on iOS accessibility features. If any part of the app or this website is hard for you to use, tell us at support@mylittlebigfarm.com and we will work to fix it.
7. Legal notices and contact
Formal legal notices to MyLittleBigFarm can be sent to support@mylittlebigfarm.com; a mailing address is available on request through that email. Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account or shown in the app, as described in the Terms of Service.
