Acceptable Use Policy
1. Prohibited content
You must not upload, create, store, or share through the Service content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
- contains another person’s personal information that you do not have authority to record, including photos and documents;
- is sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, or threatening;
- contains malware or code designed to damage a device, network, or service; or
- consists of records deliberately falsified to deceive a buyer, regulator, insurer, lender, or other party.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- circumvent sign-in, subscription entitlement, security, rate-limit, or access controls, or use paid features without a valid subscription;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where the law does not allow that restriction;
- access the Service with automated tools, scrape it, or place unusual load on it;
- copy, rent, sell, resell, sublicense, or share your account or access with people outside your farm operation;
- impersonate another person or use someone else’s account without their permission;
- interfere with another user’s use of the Service; or
- use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful where you are, including unlawful trade in or treatment of animals.
3. Other people’s information
The app lets you record contacts, visits, and notes about veterinarians, suppliers, buyers, visitors, and workers. You are the record keeper for that information: record only what you are entitled to record, keep it to what your operation needs, and respect any privacy or employment law that applies to you. Do not store passwords, government identifiers, or other unrelated secrets in free-form notes.
4. Fair use of cloud services
Cloud sync and photo storage run on shared infrastructure. Use them for your own farm records rather than as general file storage, and expect that we may limit volumes of photos, records, or sync traffic that are far outside normal use and affect the Service for others. We will tell you if that happens.
5. Security and system integrity
Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the Service or its providers without our written permission, and do not attempt to access data that is not yours. If you discover a security problem, report it to us privately, give us a reasonable time to fix it, and do not exploit it or share it publicly in the meantime.
6. Reporting violations
If you believe someone is breaking this policy, or that content connected to your farm has been misused, write to support@mylittlebigfarm.com with as much detail as you can. We will review every report and may ask you for more information.
7. Consequences of violation
Depending on the seriousness of a violation we may warn you, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate your account as described in sections 2 and 8 of the Terms of Service. Where the law requires it, we may also preserve information and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Nothing in this policy limits any other right or remedy we have under the Terms or applicable law.
